SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE Mr. Carnicelli has more than 27 years of engineering experience including project management, project engineering, environmental and civil engineering design as well as site development, drainage, hydraulics, reinforced concrete and structural steel. He has undertaken a wide variety of environmental permitting, assessments, contamination evaluations, and remediation action reports along with design, management and inspection assignments.
DETAILED WORK HISTORY 1992-Date: Director and Principal in the firm of Carnell Engineering, P.A. The Carnell office in Lakeland is a new venture for Carnell Engineering, P.C. (New York City) Mr. Carnicelli is responsible for all consulting engineering and planning activities of the Lakeland office.
