Carnell Engineering was founded in the New York City area 20 years ago. Our services included Commercial and Residential Inspections along with Environmental Audits, General Civil Engineering and Planning. In 1992 ago we decided to open an office in Lakeland, Florida to provide Civil Engineering Consulting, along with Environmental and Planning services.
